All CONNECT 2026 ‘In-person’ attendees must agree to the below Terms & Conditions as part of the Conference registration process.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all registrants and guests of registrants attending CMiC Connect 2026 (“Connect 2026”), which is put on by Computer Methods International Corp. (“CMiC”):

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all registrants and guests of registrants attending CMiC CONNECT 2026 (“CONNECT 2026”), which is put on by Computer Methods International Corp. (“CMiC”), and to the company being represented by such attendees. The individual submitting the registration acknowledges and agrees that they have the power to bind the company they are representing to these Terms and Conditions.

1. APPLICABILITY: These Terms and Conditions apply to each individual attending CONNECT 2026, whether they registered themself or someone registered them on their behalf, and to the company being represented by the attendee. For greater certainty, each CONNECT 2026 attendee, however registered and including guests of registrants, and the company being represented by the attendee are bound by these Terms and Conditions. By registering individuals in addition to themself, the individual completing the registration agrees that they have the consent of the other individual(s) to register them, that they have made the other individual(s) aware of these Terms and Conditions, and that the other individual(s) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Registration for (whether the attendee registered themself or someone registered them on their behalf) CONNECT 2026 shall be deemed to be agreement by the attendee, and by the company being represented by the attendee, to these Terms and Conditions.

2. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT: Each person that wishes to attend CONNECT 2026 must be registered in advance and must pay for their registration (or have their registration paid for by the company they are representing) in advance. Registrations are made online and are not considered final until payment has been received. Payment can be made by credit card at the time of registering or by mailing a cheque after registering. CMiC reserves the right to refuse access to CONNECT 2026 to anyone that is registered but whose registration has not been paid for. There are additional activities that take place on the afternoon of Sunday, November 1, 2026, prior to the official commencement of CONNECT 2026. Such activities are not included in the registration price. If a CONNECT 2026 attendee wishes to participate in any of the additional activities, there will be an additional cost and appropriate safety and individual waivers will need to be signed to participate. All prices are stated in and are payable in US Dollars. The company being represented by an attendee is ultimately responsible for the attendee’s costs associated with attending CONNECT 2026.

3. ATTENDANCE: As the organizer of CONNECT 2026, CMiC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to CONNECT 2026 to any entity or individual. The minimum age to be eligible to attend CONNECT 2026 is 21 years old. All CONNECT 2026 attendees agree to behave at all times in an appropriate and respectful manner.

4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: Registrations may be cancelled at any time subject to the following refund policy:

• Registrations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the first day of CONNECT 2026 will receive a full refund.

• Registrations that are cancelled 30 days or less prior to the first day of CONNECT 2026 will not receive any refund.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, for registrations that are part of a “Group Rate Discount”, there will be no refund eligibility for any cancellations until after there has been a number of cancellations equal to the number of “complimentary registrations”. For example, where the “Group Rate Discount” was applied such that there were 2 complimentary registrations and 8 paid registrations, there will be no refund for the first 2 cancellations, but the above refund policy shall apply to any subsequent cancellations.

If any registrants do not cancel their registration, but do not show up at CONNECT 2026, there will be no refunds for such registrations.

5. SUBSTITUTIONS: An individual’s registration may be substituted for someone else at the company being represented by the individual at any time before the first day of CONNECT 2026, provided that i) CMiC has been notified in writing of such substitution, ii) the alternate individual has been notified of these Terms and Conditions, and iii) the alternate individual agrees to these Terms and Conditions. More than one person cannot use the same registration.

6. AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY APPLICABLE LAWS: Each CONNECT 2026 attendee agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations, by these Terms and Conditions, and by any other specific rules with respect to CONNECT 2026 that they are notified of by CMiC. The company being represented by an attendee is ultimately responsible for the attendee’s actions and inactions at CONNECT 2026.

7. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: Attendees of CONNECT 2026 may receive access to confidential information of CMiC by way of CMiC presentations or otherwise. Each attendee agrees not to disclose any confidential information of CMiC to any third party and that they may only use confidential information of CMiC for internal discussions within their company.

8. LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and unless otherwise set out herein, under no circumstances will CMiC or any of its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents be liable for any types of damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, etc.) sustained by any attendee or the company they are representing as a direct or indirect result of attendance at or participation in CONNECT 2026 and any of its associated events. CMiC has the right to cancel or re-schedule any session at CONNECT 2026 and will have no liability whatsoever for any such cancellations or re-scheduling. If CMiC cancels CONNECT 2026 other than in accordance with the following sentence, registration fees will be refunded and any liability of CMiC will be limited to the amount of the registration fee paid without any additional liability to CMiC. If CMiC cancels CONNECT 2026 due to one or more events beyond its control, registration fees will be refunded less a 25% administration fee and any liability of CMiC will be limited to the amount of the registration fee paid less 25% without any additional liability to CMiC. CMiC is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

9. INDEMNITY: Each attendee and the company they are representing agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CMiC and CMiC’s affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, charges, and expenses whatsoever resulting or arising from, or relating to, their i) attendance at or participation in CONNECT 2026 and any of its associated events; ii) actions or inactions while attending CONNECT 2026 and any of its associated events; and iii) breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

10. PERSONAL DATA: The only personal data that CMiC collects is the name and contact information of each attendee. Attendees’ personal data will be used for the purpose of administering attendees’ participation in CONNECT 2026. In addition, premium sponsors of CONNECT 2026 will receive a “pre-show” and “post-show” attendee list. Any attendee that does not wish to be included on the attendee lists that are provided to premium sponsors of CONNECT 2026 must advise CMiC in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the start of CONNECT 2026. Other than as stated in this section, attendees’ personal data will not be used for any other purpose and will not be transferred by CMiC outside of CMiC, including to other attendees. CMiC will comply with applicable personal data protection and privacy laws.

11. WiFi: Attendees may be provided with access to CMiC’s WiFi while at CONNECT 2026 (although CMiC is not required to provide anyone with such access). Each attendee receiving access to and using CMiC’s WiFi agrees to the following:

• The WiFi provided is a free open wireless Internet service for use only at CONNECT 2026.

• They are the authorized user of the device being used to access the WiFi.

• The WiFi is through an unencrypted public wireless network and the attendee is solely responsible for ensuring the privacy and integrity of any transmissions they make or receive, as well as for the safety and security of any systems they attach to the WiFi. Users of the WiFi take full responsibility for any necessary security precautions including, but not limited to, for encrypting confidential transmissions and for backing up any data.

• CMiC may routinely monitor, audit, intercept, and disclose communications over the WiFi for security, performance, or other purposes. CMiC may remove an attached device from the WiFi at any time for any reason.

• The WiFi will only be used for CONNECT 2026 related purposes and no unlawful or immoral actions will be performed through the WiFi.

12. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS: Photographs and video recordings may be taken during CONNECT 2026 for promotional purposes. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must advise CMiC in writing prior to CONNECT 2026.

13. GENERAL: CMiC reserves the right to amend any part of these Terms and Conditions and to add or remove terms and conditions to/from these Terms and Conditions without prior notice and each attendee and the company they are representing will be bound by such modified Terms and Conditions. If one or more of the terms and conditions outlined herein, or any part thereof, is or becomes invalid, the remaining terms and conditions, and parts thereof, will continue to be valid, applicable, and enforceable.
